Here fill your all Information

Starting from Name, Parentage,D.O.B,Age, Gender, Your address- current and permanent and at last your phone number and E-mail address . Then you need a. Passport size phone and upload it(Photo size should be less than 50kb). Then use a unique user name and check it's availability.

Then submit it, Thats all.
